Right to Know

Steps to follow when making a right to know request:

There is a Board approved cost of $.25 per page to copy a document.

1. Complete the Right to Know Request Form.

2. Mail, email or fax the open record request form to the school district's RTK officer.  Please send all Right to Know Emails to [email protected]

3. Send a check or money order made payable to Phoenixville Area School District for the total amount of copying fees along with a postage amount. The postage amount will be determined based on the weight of the document that you have requested. Once we receive payment, the document will be mailed to your attention.

4. Bring cash, check or money order made payable to Phoenixville Area School District for the total amount of copying fees to the Phoenixville Area School District Administration Building between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday thru Friday on regularly scheduled work days.

5. You may also come in to the Phoenixville District Administration Office and view the requested document at no cost between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday thru Friday on regularly scheduled work days.
